Before you write
- Wrong data on a catalogue entry — send the address of the page where you see it. The catalogue is built partly automatically and mistakes happen; reports do get fixed.
- A matter concerning a transaction — remember that contracts are concluded between users. We can help with contact and we act on abuse, but we are not a party to the transaction.
- You are a shop and would like your offers included in the price comparison — write to the general address.
